Also, where in the prologue we had a narrator occasionally being interrupted by a second narrator, what we have here is a two people talking over a flashback. Please say if that wasn’t clear! Thanks.

What I understood was that the blue textboxes are Thirteen and the tan ones are the librarian speaking as Thirteen explains the situation outline in the first four panels. I may be missing that though…Also, he’s got a memory eraser flashy thingy from Men in Black?

I rather like the fuzzy flashback scenes, as if the memory recal wasn’t quite sure on all the details.
Everytime 13 speaks I hear the voice of Jude Law.

I got he idea without much trouble, but I did start from the previous page, so the conversation flowed much more smoothly that way. If it had opened with those text boxes, it would have been a little more confusing.
So I’m guessing the archives are littered with old health bonuses. That, or maybe a mushroom… giant size flame shooting Thirteen.
